as my previous status was down in the dumps, i've decided to pamper myself, or my stomach for that matter. a word of caution, if you've got an empty stomach right about now, save yourself the aggravation by not continuing further. first off the starters,

now for the main courses,
grilled duck supreme with goose liver and leg confit timbalelinguine with jumbo sea prawns and spicy cream pork sausageprime beef tenderloin with baked truffle potato cakewagyu beef cheek with celeraic pure' and fava beanspappardelle with goose liver, duck confit and truffle sauce
