as my previous status was down in the dumps, i've decided to pamper myself, or my stomach for that matter. a word of caution, if you've got an empty stomach right about now, save yourself the aggravation by not continuing further. first off the starters,
a nice amuse bouche. (sound familiar?)
crab salad with avocado and bisque jelly
pan roasted scallops with roast garlic cream and crispy prosciutto
pan fried goose liver with saba wine must and sweet potato galette
now for the main courses,
grilled duck supreme with goose liver and leg confit timbale
linguine with jumbo sea prawns and spicy cream pork sausage
prime beef tenderloin with baked truffle potato cake
wagyu beef cheek with celeraic pure' and fava beans
pappardelle with goose liver, duck confit and truffle sauce
anddd the best for last
vanilla pannacotta with fresh berries basket
